    1. How can I register for an event?

    Registrations can be done on the website by selecting one or many of the events that you would prefer to attend.

     

    1. What is the cancellation/refund policy?

    Cancellations can be done by notifying us at least 5 days prior to the event with a valid reason. More details can be found in our Cancellations and Refund Policy.

     

    1. What payment options are available?

    Domestic payments using INR as currency can be done using Instamojo payment gateway and USD payments can be done using Paypal.

     

    1. How many days can it take for the refund to be processes?

    Refunds are initiated in 5 working days and can take up to 14 days to reach your Bank account/payment method used depending upon the bank.

     

    1. In case of returns for Affiliate products, what should I do?

    Affiliate product refunds, returns or cancellations will have to be done directly with the supplier/affiliate.
